Grade Hardware
Medicap is available in both a 15” display model, the
MGP-154 and a 17” display model, the MGP-174. Both models
are true Medical Grade Panel (MGP) PCs. Medicap has been designed
with minimal power leakage and low EMI, and has been EN60601-1
and UL2601-1 approved, so it will not interfere with medical
equipment or pose a risk to patient health. The Medicap MGP
series has been designed with protected LCD, sealed ports
and card slots for dust resistance and to protect against
water damage and has IP65/NEMA 4 and IPX1 approval.
The MGP PC has all the characteristics needed for use in critical
medical environments. Its brightness, high resolution and
contrast ratio LCD display is especially suitable for on-screen
medical diagnosis under Digital OR lighting, as well as for
use with PACS, DICOM and other archiving systems. With a wide
range of input/output options, the Medicap MGP series also
provides full function input/output ports to act as secure
and practical healthcare terminals for practitioners and hospital
staff.
